• Exhibitor Registration Form  Each exhibit booth comes with one exhibits-only badge.  Complete this form to receive your complimentary badge.  Additional badges, full registrations, or ticketed social program events may be ordered using this form.  Please note that you are welcome to purchase 'exhibits-only' badges for any staff that will be at your booth only (not attending scientific lectures).
• Exhibitor Services Kit from Freeman will provide conference services to exhibitors at the ICORS 2010.  Please review the Freeman Quick Facts for an overview to their services.  The complete Exhibitor Services Kit contains full information and order forms for electrical and Audio Visual services.  Please note that the exhibit area is carpeted so there is no need for you to order carpeting for you booth.
  
• Important Dates and Deadlines for exhibitors.
• Insurance / Liability Waiver  This form provides details on how to complete your certificate of insurance or the option of a liability waiver.
• Move-in and Move-out  Exhibitor move-in is Sunday, Aug 8, 1 - 4 pm. Exhibitor move-out is Friday, Aug 13, 8 - 11 am.

Exhibitor Schedule  Please plan to staff your booth during the hours highlighted in yellow below.  You are welcome to have your booth open at any other time.  The required hours represent the times the heaviest traffic is expected.
